The negative reviews on here are absolutely accurate. Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, and the service was unacceptable. As a Person of Color, I couldn’t help but feel that the way my family was treated contrasted sharply with how other tables were served.
Even though I made a reservation, we were still told to wait for a table. Everything felt very disorganized from the moment we walked in. When our drinks finally arrived, my son’s iced tea was watered down. We asked to switch it for a root beer, and instead of simply correcting the issue, our server immediately said we would be charged again. I found that unreasonable, but I said I’d pay if that was truly their policy. It was the attitude and lack of care that made the situation so frustrating.
Overall, the service was consistently awful.
The food? Mediocre at best. Nothing special, and certainly not worth the price. You could make better pasta at home.
To make matters worse, they had run out of calamari, cannelloni, and even bow-tie pasta. I’ve never been to a restaurant that runs out of so many basic menu items. This points to poor planning and weak inventory management. A competent manager should be ensuring proper supply, anticipating busy periods, and maintaining consistent kitchen readiness, none of which seemed to be happening here.
Save your money. This restaurant isn’t worth a single penny. I will not be returning.

Seemed like things were going good at first until it got a little bit busy, mains came out a bit over an hour after ordering and there was no lasagna available so on the trio dish that I got I substituted it for alfredo pasta which tasted undercooked a bit. No garlic bread was brought out with our sides which was included and we had to ask for it after we had our mains, no water was brought out for us so we asked for some but the server never brought it and we had to ask a second time to get it. The server seemed like he was all over the place and never really checked up on us, passed by us 5 or more times and took time with other tables and didn't even glance our way to see if we needed anything. After getting the bill we had to wait 15 minutes before he even brought over the machine to pay, I wish there was a no tip option. The table behind us was also having issues with the server and it looked like he barely gave them any service at all.

My daughter told me it's a racism in this town. So I want to share my terrible experience in this restaurant.
My wife and I ordered 2 regular meals around 6:15pm. They served 2 bowls of salad without forks. Another server brought it later. We waited and waited our main dishes. I asked to 3 servers to check if the order process was going well 3 times. A server brought the meals 7:43pm and it's the moment that already passed around 1 and half hours since we ordered. I asked to server what time your restaurant will be closed and finished. She answered it's 8pm. I annoyed because we just had 15 minutes to enjoy the meal. The server said to us "sorry" and we could eat the meal after closing time. But there were a couple of tables that occupied and they already finished their meals and were drinking some beer or tea with small talking. I tried to eat the meal but the food were terrible. Potato wadges were cold and humid and shrimps were disgusting.
They gave us discount but it was a terrible experience and I must complain this unpleasing service of the restaurant.

Made reservations, sat promptly. Waited a couple of minutes for a server. The drink order was taken quickly and arrived quickly. Tasted delicious. Ordered apps at the same time as drinks, took a bit. They tasted adequate. Meals took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but it's a Friday night they were busy. They were ok, nothing to shout about tho. I had the gluten-free pasta it was a bust. The server was friendly. Wish they had the Jays World Series on!! I asked they said they can't change the channel. Desserts are cute.

First time here and had a terrible lunch experience. It started off great with drinks and bread brought quickly. After that it took over 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. I got a soup and salad before the meals which was ok, but I asked for a second soup and waited forever and meals arrived first. Never got any more bread either. Was dying of thirst and asked for more water, and never got that either. Just stole my wife's water instead. Surprisingly my second soup arrived AFTER I finished my entire meal. The waitress saw the disappointment in my face and offered a takeout container for the soup, but i declined.
The food itself was disappointing too. I got a big meal of chicken Parm/fettuccine Alfredo/ lasagna and the chicken was burnt on one side, and the lasagna looked like a microwaved cheese covered messy casserole in a dish instead of the nice looking slice in the menu. The fettuccine was just ok.
Another table near us complained as well. I tried complaining to our waitress but she seemed oblivious and talked about how great a place it was to work compared to her previous job at Elkhorn. I tried emphasizing how terrible everything was, and she smiled and said it just got busy really quickly. In her defense, it did get busy at some point after we arrived, and she did seem overworked by the time our meals arrived so this might've been more of a management issue.
I don't recommend this place at all.
