  Food was fresh and as expected. I visited around 2:30 PM and asked if I could get or purchase a Ninja Turtle toy separately for my son. The staff member said it only comes with meals, which is fine—but the interaction felt rushed, and I was cut off from follow up questions, employee said that he had to hurry, this is drive thru, and he is on a timer, but it wasn't a busy time, there was like 1 car behind me. I understand drive-thru speed is important, but a bit more patience and communication would improve the experience. Portions were good, though only 2 small ketchup packets were provided for both meals. EDIT: I'm going here at least weekly now, staff is more patient even though I made some mistakes in the order process. They tried to accommodate best of their ability. On Wednesday they forgot to give me chocolate milk for my kid, but when I mentioned it, they immediately gave me one today. I appreciate it. Thanks guys, keep it up.

  Seems that Burger King is the new McDonald's. They have had a sign saying " no shakes as machine is broken" for 5 plus months. It also bothers me when you get them talking in their own language.

  Eating at the Burger King in Brandon is always a good experience because the food is always hot and hits the spot. It helps that the staff are always courteous and helpful.
