    AI ordering system was terrible, and the written message that says you can order normally was written in small text and I didn't see it until the very end. It took longer to order than normal, and I was it started with an audio message saying I could opt out and NOT BE RECORDED. Unbelievable. Sandwich was good. Fries were cold.

    This was one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve had. We placed a carryout order and arrived to pick it up and found the doors locked with employees inside refusing to let customers in even those of us who had already paid. We were told to go through the drive-thru instead, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering carryout. There were other customers sitting in the dining room but staff told them they couldn’t open the door for anyone outside. Over 40 minutes later we still didn’t have our food. Meanwhile, we had a child in the car who urgently needed to use the restroom, and staff told us the bathroom was closed. There was no effort to help or offer any reasonable solution. After waiting AGAIN in the drive-thru, we finally got our order only to realize after driving away that items were missing, including our chicken nuggets for my child. So to summarize: locked doors, refusal to provide a paid order, no restroom access, long delays, and then an incomplete order. Completely unacceptable.

    Robot drive-thru did a terrible job. Everything I tried to order was discontinued. I ended up not getting anything at all and just left

    Boy working register was more interested in the next customer which he clearly knew instead of focusing on my order, no clue what he's doing on the register manager had to come over and help him on a fish sandwich that shows in the picture with sauce, pickles, lettuce and cheese i said no lettuce, I got it with no lettuce and pickles, show clearly the manager and the boy don't know what they're doing go back to training
