  Went through drive through last Monday after a test. Took 3-4 mins for someone to even say anything at the speaker. It seems they were taking 1 car order at a time. Maybe understaffed so I get it can be stressful as I once worked fast food for over a decade. A simple "One moment please" would have been fine. When my order was taken, I was greeted with a "Can I help you?" And a couple of that its. At the window despite me thinking maybe some kindness would help their day a little but nope instead I got a "$13.09" and not happy look. Got my change and not a word more. Another employee handed tlme the food with a death stare. I said "Thank you, have a good day." And no words just a deathly stare. Called their customer service Thursday afternoon and no call back or email still as of right now.

  Horrible service showed up on Christmas Day sign clearly said open 9 am to 1am in the morning but no people even said open online lazy and liars.

  Went there today at 10:37am and they told me they were closed. Even tho the sign says open 9am-1am...

  Drive-thru was out of service, and customers were directed to place orders inside. Staff informed us that no manager was on duty to process refunds, after another customer requested one. Additionally, my chicken quesadilla had very little cheese and no chicken, which was very disappointing. They remade it but it was stuck to the wrapper and sloppy. Seems no one cares anymore, just collecting a paycheck.
