  Been a somewhat frequent visitor of this place. For starters the deals on breakfast are really good. Melissa was our server and she had nothing but great energy and positive vibes. The food was excellent. I try to switch up what I get every once in a while and I am never disappointed. Would highly recommend for a nice quick delicious start to your day.

  I recently tried the avocado toast at Route 12 Cafe topped with two poached eggs, and it was absolutely amazing. The avocado was fresh, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, spread generously over crispy, well-toasted bread. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, with rich, runny yolks that blended beautifully with the avocado, adding an extra layer of flavor and texture. Every bite was satisfying and well-balanced. This dish is a perfect choice if you’re looking for something fresh, flavorful, and filling. I’ll definitely be coming back for it!

  Route 12 Cafe is truly a hidden gem. I've even seen the owner personally making the Eggs Benedict, and you can tell the care and attention that goes into every plate. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. The eggs Benedict is amazing, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel right at home.Servicr is fast, friendly, and consistent every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot! They are the best.

  If you’re in Worcester and looking for a cozy, feel-good spot to grab a bite, Route 12 Cafe is a hidden gem worth checking out. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the kind of place where you instantly feel like a regular. And they have the best pancakes and french toast around Worcester. My wife loves the fish and chips. I highly recommend

  Route 12 Cafe is a true neighborhood gem. We’ve been coming here for breakfast for years, and the food and service are always top-notch. Melissa is especially wonderful! She greets us like friends every time we visit. Route 12 clearly hires the best staff. Ask Melissa for the Jay—it’s an avocado TBLT with an egg over hard (NO MAYO). :)
