I went through the drive through and waited in line, when I got to the speaker an employee bypassed the AI ordering system to tell me they were not taking anymore orders after taking the orders of the people in front of me. I pulled out of the line and parked, and the people behind me were able to order and get their food. I went inside to try and order and was very rudely told for a second time they were not taking any orders but then continued to take more drive through orders as I was inside. All I did was pull up to the drive through and I was met with only disrespect from the staff.
