  Had the sandwich here quite a few times. My problem is not with the sandwiches but the person who is making them. The person – white, older, big gentleman with glasses – is stingy with the topping process, I always have to tell him to put in more of one or any topping; 5-6 pieces of jalapenos, olives, onions, other smaller cut veggies are not adequate for ANY sandwich. What good is a sandwich if I am only tasting the meat and not the other veggies? I shouldn’t have to tell you to add more. When you see a slice of cheese being lop-sided on the meat and/or half of it is falling out of your bread, the customer shouldn’t be urged to tell you to correct its placement. You do it based on your training and the dimensional purposes of it. How is this not an intuitive thing to do? When you finish a sandwich, PLEASE don’t take away the white sheet. And ESPECIALLY NOT put your hands over it and transfer it to the green sheet!!! Talk about messing the aesthetics and everything falling apart when you open your sandwich to eat. Why do you do this, man? It makes no sense. Put everything with the white sheet on the green sheet and then pack it. I haven’t talked to him directly because I think they might be mentally impaired. I don’t want to hurt their feelings. But I hope someone from the franchise have read this review and are able to re-train them. I don’t want them to lose their job. I don’t have a problem with any of the other servers, they do a good job in the points I mentioned above. 3/6 changing the rating to 1. I visited the store again. The new? person behind the food was so STINGY with the veggies, I had to tell him/her to put more for every single veggie; they were breaking up onions in half, putting like 4-5 pieces of everything. I was absolutely flustered inside. I should have not paid for it but I didn't want to be wasteful. F$#^ this store, I am never coming here again. New customers beware.
