  I wanted to say thank you to Jaime for coordinating and helping with the purchase of turkeys to be donated. As well as the following staff, London, Brody, and the meat manager. They made the purchase smooth and efficient.

  This store has an issue with quality control and poor customer service. Their berries are always spoiled with moldy rotten fruit festering in the containers, and many other items are past their sell by date, especially their breads and baked goods. I bought two loaves of When Pigs Fly sourdough today and didn’t realize until I got home that they’re both past their sell by date. So many of the employees are miserable and don’t want to engage in conversation, and they become annoyed when you ask them simple questions. Also, their prices are higher than the other stores in the area.

  85 is store to be Great stock and fare Meat dept has friendly staff And others show some respect My to go is the simbu strawberry Bai.. and the coffee ice cream choices..

  I would like to give it 0 stars but unfortunately they don't give that option. I went to this store this morning, found all my items except one which I went to the deli counter to ask about and was told to ask the Cook. What a mountain of disappointment was such person. I approached and said "Good morning" and got back "Yeah, it is morning" with such a bitter attitude. I thought your employees were hired to also know how to talk to customers, but apparently that's a skill most of them don't possess. He had overheard me asking someone else in deli before I was told to ask him so by the time I came over to talk to him, he was annoyed I was asking for information on something. He cut me off half way through my questions and at one point I had to explian why I was asking a question about something. And I thought to myself that maybe that was just his way, an unhappy person who only opens boxes and stocks shelves all day, but them noticed when another employee came around he treated him with smiles and happy comments with a different attitude. So that's Stop & Shop torture game. Stop, shop, because we want your money, but God forbid you want to ask our employees a question, we will give you Fresh Crap, coz that's all we got to offer. The only employee who does their job well in this whole chain is Marty.
