They treat their employees with utter disrespect and have a horrible way of handling things. Seeing firsthand how management speaks to employees while customers are around it’s disgusting and something needs to change. There’s a high level of unprofessionalism that makes you not want to shop here. Will be taking my business elsewhere don’t recommend!

What used to be a pleasant and reliable place to shop has unfortunately become quite the opposite. I often see employees distracted on their phones, and on more than one occasion I’ve been met with an unpleasant attitude when simply trying to get assistance. On top of that, the wait times for my medications have become unreasonably long. As someone who has been a loyal customer for years, this is very disappointing to witness. The overall atmosphere now feels unprofessional, and regrettably I have decided that I will no longer be shopping here. P.S. I have also heard from others that management has not always treated their employees fairly, sometimes making rash decisions without proper reason, only to hire new staff shortly afterward and repeat the same cycle. It’s a shame to see things handled this way.
