Nice grocery store, I like the fact that the store has hired so many young people, however they need to be trained better on how to fill out the grocery paper bags, and and greet the customers. At the store you can find verity of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Great store for all of your basic cooking needs. Also, it's in a great location. Just note that main st can get a bit busy.

This is my favorite grocery store. I do not like the way the app functions, but that is not on the fault of this location.

I am someone who has to eat gluten free for health reasons and I love that this section and their gluten free items are pretty well stocked! For anyone who needs information for Gluten Free items; it's a good spot to stock up on what you need! It's also a pretty quiet and clean store which is an added bonus to my sensory issues.

This is my favorite neighborhood grocery store but I will stick to in-store shopping going forward, and pick up my groceries at the West Boylston Street one or Auburn going forward. Why? The other day, a third of my groceries was missing from my pick-up order. Mistakes happen as we're still in the times when human beings are picking and packing, but what was upsetting was that even when it was brought to the store manager's attention that a large portion of my order was still sitting in their delivery area, she made zero attempts to call or email an explanation. A few kind words of empathy can go a long way in placating an upset customer. Shaw's corporate customer service agents were extremely courteous and they reached out to the store with me on the phone after hours. The next day, I called the store again and picked up what was left. If the shoe was reversed and I walked out without paying for a third of my groceries, I would be in handcuffs for stealing. Needless to say, it felt very targeted - do they treat all their customers this way or certain ones? They do say the fish rots from the head down, so have they employed a new manager who doesn't value ALL customers regardless of her feelings about some? Perhaps she feels that she is only there to earn a paycheck and do her job. That's understandable. Please do your job well so that nobody needs to come back because of a mistake on your Associates part. It's the least one can do since Albertsons/Shaws's is paying you to represent them in the best capacity to the community that it serves.
