  This happened on Saturday morning 2/28/26 around 11 or 11:30am Gold star BLVD. I was picking up a door dash order that was not listed on their screen but was sitting to the side so I had to wait to speak with a certain tall white woman with long hair (I wish I looked at her name tag) she was on the phone and she looked VERY upset. She slams the phone down then comes over to me and says (I HATE DOOR DASH). How can I help you. I was like ummmm well I am door dash, and I need my order please. She angrily picks up the bag and placed it in front of me then walks away angry. :( Worst Customer Service Experience ever) Panera bread needs to do better with their employees' selection who deals with the public.

  My boyfriend and I placed an online order on Monday night through their website at 7:45pm. The website said that this location was supposed to be open until 9:30pm. I received an email saying that my order was received and was being prepared. However, when my boyfriend went to go pick up the food, the doors were locked and a sign was hung up saying they closed around 5pm that day. My money was taken out of my bank account even though I did not receive my food. Next time, if the place is closing early, it should be posted on their website as well or be made clear that they are not accepting orders during certain times. I also tried calling this locations phone number today during business hours and nobody still answered. The only positive thing from this though is when I called the customer help number, they were able to give me two $20 rewards on my account!

  Can I just say that the Worcester/DoorDash is absolutely the worst service ever, this be my 4th time trying to order food to be delivered to my job and its a nightmare, I even had my coworkers order with her app, incase it was just me, and still, the worst part is that they wont refund you, Panera blames DoorDash and DoorDash blames Panera, mean while you lose your money, talking about $50 plus $, if you can't properly deliverer the food don't offer the service, would not recommend, either is the wrong order, or they drop it off somewhere else, or the driver takes the food, or part of the order missing, for what you actually get and the price, its not worth it...
