  They are always slow always waiting 15 minutes for my food and half the time they ask me to park off to the side and wait

  The workers are lazy to a point it still says 24 hours on multiple signs on site, yet they can barely do the work of the few hours they actually do work

  DONT waste your money or time comming here , they don’t know English so they don’t even know what your asking for , they don’t know what a cheese burger is like how did you get this job? They rush you at the speaker just to not understand you and give you some shitty order!! They are unprofessional, rude and blast Spanish music all day they don’t even give effort to learn English si they are able to do their job right! It’s EVERY time I go here they rush me , and the sandwich wasn’t even in the wrapper when I got it and everything was just thrown everywhere in the bag !! You guys need to get shut down or new management that knows what they are doing , I wanna be able to go order my food and not have to worry about it getting messed up EVERYTIMEEE !! Manager DO BETTER!!!

  It's fast food...so all I can really talk about is the play space. I did not really like that it was so small. I was thinking of having a birthday celebration there, but I don't think it's a good idea. I will be checking out other McDonald's play space near Worcester to see which would be better.
