This guy has a robust body and long hair, I don't know how he works in customer service. The last thing that happened was he left me waiting for 15 minutes and sent the other people ahead of me while I arrived first and the others arrived later. This person does this on purpose to get attention but the worst thing is that he can cause a disaster since not everyone will have the education to just report it and I'm sure that at any moment another person without patience will be provoked by this abuser. In the end, I feel sorry for him because for someone current like him, he must be very unhappy in this life. I hope this abuser is removed as soon as possible for the well-being of that branch on Main St in Worcester, Mass. It should be noted that in the end they never delivered what I ordered and I had to ask for a refund while this person was mocking. You have to be careful with him because he is there provoking the customers. That happened on September 25/2025 between 7 and 8 at night.
