  Ordered Hotcakes and Sausage for a friend and they forgot the sausage. Paid almost $6 for 3 pancakes. It's not even cheap to get McDonald's these days and it's frustrating when they get such a simple order wrong. The McDonald's app has no way to contact customer service, so customers need to return to the location they ordered their food from and speak with someone. I won't be able to do that for this order because I picked it up via the drive-thru and only saw it once I got my friend's place. Terrible customer service, McDonald's!

  I used the drive thru which had 2 lanes and a long line at about 1:30 pm during the week. A traffic light controls access from Shrewsbury St , which includes a bank. Cramped parking lot with snow as well. The food was fine and hot but the line was slow.

  I ordered two hot honey meals and they gave me only two mccrispy sandwiches, it's always the afternoon shift that changes the orders, they practically stole $4 from me 😤

  It's 4:50am I pulled in to pick up a door dash order at about 4:46am... There is no one in the drive thru and no one else's waiting to pick an order and they have yet to come to the window... This is insane as if delivery drivers mean nothing to them... I have complained about this several times... I got the message saying the order is ready, it is always the same thing here... They have you wait unnecessarily long amount of times no to mention I get paid per order not hourly

  has anyone ever bought a 20 piece nugget and had it in there car for a few minutes before even opening the bag... They smell like dog poop... I'm not trying to bad mouth McDonald's in anyway... But unfortunately their nuggets smell like dog poop... I'm all set with that...
