Today I got hot chocolate cuz I didn’t feel good. The first one was just hot water with chocolate powder floating in it. I asked to get a new one but with milk. It was COLD. The lady at the window was nice but the girls In the back were super rude and acted as if I was crazy. I get up at 5am for work, it was about 4:30pm when I was there… I wasn’t lying or trying to cause an issue. I wanted a hot chocolate and to go home.

The TVs were on, but there were no employees in sight. I understand there was probably almost no traffic through the restaurant at that time, but even if I had to wait a few minutes, someone should have come to help me. I was sad I wasn’t able to get Dunkin’ that morning.
