We went through the drive thru with our children and the woman was so nasty taken our order even corrected something we ask for. Which by the way she was wrong but we were heading out for a family day and didnt have time to deal with the nastiness. She then gets our drinks wrong and i have to go in to get them fixed. I was nice i explained what the mess up was and she takes them rolls her eyes. Then after filling them tells me i need to pay more for the drinks i paid for already, made incorrectly and puts her hand out like she wanted cash because we where at the pick up counter not the register counter. She was so rude. I took my drinks and left and she yelled infront of others "dont come back here." Even her employees seemed to be annoyed by her behavior. The sad part is I bring my members and so do my coworkers for a very large company in worcester to meet at this dunkin and i will be sure to take my and my teams business else were.

I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich and I overheard the girl with the long hair say I'm impatient.

I rarely leave negative reviews but I'm Very disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location and it was 3 days in a row March 2nd, 3th and 4th, 2026. If this review can reach to the management team , I think you all should check the CCTV at the time I walked-in tooThe employee had a rude and dismissive attitude when taking my order. No greeting, no smile, and seemed annoyed with my questions. When I stepped in I was the one said Hi first and the employees ignored me and just dump the tip bucket to another one since I was standing right there. Being busy (even it wasn't so at the moment I'm there) does not justify disrespect. I ordered a medium ice coffee and I repeated that 2 times and I afraid that I said the wrong one so I repeat the 3rd time with Medium original blend ice coffee after she kept asking me " hot or ice/ hot?/ hot"... when I finished she asked " BLACK?" I'm like " I'm sorry?" Then she repeated "black?" Again.
I think instead of asking me BLACK SINCE I HAVEN't FINISHED THE ORDER she should ask " is there anything you want to add on?" Am I correct? To the point that it hit my limitation I said I don't know, I don't even know it's black cause I do not understand what she's meant. Also I ordered extra ice and she put less ice and finish up the visit with putting my orders out with a bad attitude. I attached below this review 2 pictures about the way they put my orders.
If working as morning shift she better learn how to bright people's day up instead of dragging there mood down. And if she was too exhausted with morning shift then signup for another shift or another job that her personality/manner can be matched.
I already forgave and no complaints about another 2days with 2 bagels were toasted burnt and today really drive me crazy. I'm working in a customer service industry for over 15 years, my husband used to work for Dunkin donut Boston night shift part time, we both proud to say that we never treat our clients like that even 1 second. If this is the way Dunkin Donut train their employees or this is the way she/ the employees there think this is hospitality's skills then I can share to shape them to get better.
The attitude can kill the food and beverage business there.
Basic courtesy is the bare minimum in customer service, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. We all are worker no matter you are business owners or just employees but please always give out the nice manners and the politeness first and also respect people of you want people to respect you. If any further questions, the management team can always contact me instead of ignoring my complaints as well as my advices.
Have a nice day.

When it first opened back in 2014 or earlier it was a wonderful place, it was clean the stuff was good. But this past year and last year I've noticed that the staff don't greet you with a smile when you walk in, when you're trying to order anything through the drive-thru you can barely hear them because the speaker is not working half of the time, so when you pull up they'll say why are you up here and I say well we cannot hear you on your speaker mind you I have told them numerous times that the speaker through the drive-thru does not work correctly. Also just this week alone I went there on Monday and Tuesday and then just today again and my coffee had more cream then coffee in it and the cream was curdled and I tried to call the store and nobody answers and you can't leave a message because whoever owns this location and the other location has not set up the voicemail. Many people have been trying to contact whoever owns this particular Dunkin' Donuts because the staff are rude and the way they make your food is very sloppy. If somebody could please post a number on how to contact a manager it would be lovely.
