Today I went through the drive-thru, and after tasting my iced coffee, it was too sweet. So I went back through the drive-thru and told the girl to make me a new one or give me a refund, but she didn't want to serve me through the drive-thru because it was too cold. I couldn't go into the store; I have a broken leg. She made my iced coffee very badly…

And im absolutely sure they would do their best ti correct them if i had gone back in.
