The staff neglected the consumer's requests. don't understand how a million-dollar company and a small franchise can serve bad quality food to consumers' requests. My order for well-done bacon and hash browns was only half done, soggy, and poorly presented. The bacon was not even crispy, even though it takes only 3 to 5 minutes in a quick-convenience oven to cook properly.
