Asked for a sourdough sandwich to have sausage instead of bacon, and they give me Only bacon and still charged me the sausage like an add on. Service, took 10 minutes because they kept skipping my order despite having been in line first. Then between the two of them, said there was a translation misunderstanding and then they just Guessed what I wanted, without asking me to repeat it, which i kindly would have. NOT a recommended. Only reason I didnt settle right then was that they were making me late for work and it was 90 degrees outside

Teach your damn employees what happens when a lactose intollerant person eats cheese. No napkins No straws Also a second sandwich was ordered but never made. I know labor is tough right now, but consider closing for a month and starting over. I should have seen from other reviews that this Dunks is not up to standards.
- OPOrquídea PortorrealJul 29, 20222.0Mr. owner, I frequent your business, and you have an employee, an older lady who apparently has a phobia of Latinos because I don't speak English, I try more, the other employees understand and look for a way, but this lady always responds with a very ugly attitude, and I'm not going to ask or beg, I'm going to buy, to spend my money so that on top of that they treat me like that, I feel discriminated against, be careful with the treatment of customers. That lady should be ashamed because her accent is not English, but we Latinos care about learning other languages and we respect them.
