  They make the worst coffee in the whole of Worcester and Massachusetts. Someone should please try dunkallate on Lincoln st and try Belmont. You will know the difference. Because of them I almost stopped taking it. They need to learn how to make coffee it’s so bad. I literally told them other places make it better and he still made it worse again. Don’t buy from them. I wish I can give them NEGATIVE

  Over priced, it’s ok in a pinch. Their coffee rolls are getting smaller and smaller yet they charge for them as a “premium “ donut. The coffee quality has definitely gone down and their service is terrible.

  I placed a DD App order for munchkin, a sandwich and a box of Joe. I gave them almost 45 minutes to pick up. When I arrived the associate told me that they didn't have boxes of Joe. No big deal. I asked for a refund. He said he couldnt do that and his manager went to get one at another store and would be back in 30 minutes. I didnt really want to so that and asked simply for a refund. I was told rather rudely that he could not do that and if I wanted a refund I would have to wait for his manager. I said fine I'll come back for the box in 30 minutes since I was purchasing it for the lovely nurses who just delivered my newborn son. I came back 30 minutes later and the manager had sold my box of Joe to someone else and could it provide another. He could only offer a refund, but it even an apology. Pretty frustrating I came back 30 minutes later and
