If you don't know what that means, it shoots out pure foam of whatever liquid is in it(cold brew in my case). I get them to remake it and I receive an attitude and a remade coffee. I also order 2 other drinks, a coffee and refresher. The coffee came out as it usually would. The refresher? I had to ask myself the same thing, where is it? I'm looking at 3 out of 5 employees not including manager and I'm the only person left in the store. I have to ask them to make it again 6 minutes after my last drink was received. The employees that were standing there needed to be told "this guy is waiting for his drink" even after letting them know. And baristas want more than minimum wage
