  Picking up a mobile order, and they made me wait in line just to tell me at the front window the don’t have the order.

  I went through the drive thru and I was handed my coffee by an individual completely out of uniform, wearing a dirty jacket and pants, fingernails long and full of dirt. Absolutely disgusting.

  Order from mobile app and got none of the things I ordered Iced cappuccino got nothing just plain ice coffee and nothing else not even cream Customer service is not existing

  Ordered ahead 10 mins and arrived and had to wait another 15 mins for my food. I grabbed my coffee since my food wasn’t ready yet and the older lady behind the counter grabbed my coffee out of my hand and put it down and said I had to wait for my food to be done to grab it. I told her it’s already been past 20 mins including the time I ordered ahead and she walked away mad. Absolutely disgusting behavior and extremely slow dunkin when it comes to ordering food.
