Today ordered my pepper bacon wake up wraps wirh american cheese as i always do and they have white cheddar cheese. I ordered a frozen chai with butter pecan oat milk and whip cream i was given a frozen matcha with butter pecan asked to fix it the boy rolled his eyes and made a frozen chai NO butter pecan with whole milk. This is a HUGE allergy concern i cannot have milk. Why should i pay for something I CANT EVEN HAVE

It may be the first time this year that the beans didn't have that burnt Dunks flavor, and there was none of that weird sour water flavor that comes from dirty equipment, so I may get just an iced coffee there next time. Typically, I can't drink dunks ice coffee bc it's just not good, but this place gives me hope.

They put the Chipotle aioli on the wrong sandwich...just a horrible way to start the morning...it's not like they have a receipt to read what's in the order and what's on each sandwich. I guess them double checking anything on the order is beyond them. Luckily there's better Dunks locations around...this one ain't it.
