- MKMichael KatzFeb 9, 20261.0I placed an order for an ice cream online. Paid and received a confirmation to pick up the next day at 2:00. Had people coming to our home at 5:00, when I got there nobody knew what I was talking about. The girl who was "helping me"? Was rude and disrespectful. I had her call her boss hoping he could explain to her how to credit me my $40. After hanging up she asked me to come back some other time. Ok, no birthday cake and no refund. When she had her phone on the counter I saw her managers number so I stepped aside and called. Worse than her!!! From my tone on the phone he told me I was being condescending to him and if he was in the store he would remove me? Excuse me but now your threatening physical removal of a 70 yr old man? This location is in need of a new managerial team, who are concerned with their customers. This was the worst interaction I have ever had with a business. Do yourself a favor and go to W. Boylston location as I did afterward. Much better experience

On top of the burgers having no bacon when they were supposed to and they had no ranch for my kids tenders. And it took 25 mins and we were the only ones in line!!! 2 bacon burger meals, a tender basket and a shake $49 š³
