Multiple times now I’ve ordered online and had to wait 15+ minutes for my order. When I ask about it, they have no clue what I’m talking about and try saying that I didn’t order. This is almost on a daily basis. The new manager is rude and hot headed

I tried to repeat my order to make sure they get it right since they always miss something and Andreas/Andres(employee) rudely said “yeah yeah, drive to the window”... I don’t usually write reviews but this isn’t the first nor second time, this is the third time I experience the same impolite service!
