    Horrible service. U could tell the Asian Woman (with no name tag) was having bad day and making everyone else miserable with her. It was April 8th @ 1:10pm. My man ordered a Large iced coffee French vanilla caramel swirl with extra cream and extra sugar. (She proceeded to charge him for 6 caramel swirls and 6 French vanilla swirls he did not ask for, gave him less ice he did not ask for) . When I asked why I was being charged $10 for only 2 iced coffees she said we charge for any add ons or extra swirls.. I explained I only asked for 3 extra pumps but did not get any sugar in my coffee so why would I be charged, (I am the one who ordered Lg iced cfee 7 caramel swirls 3 cream no sugar less ice w/banana cold foam) infact 3 swirls is less than the 4 sugars a normal person would get. I understand changing me a few cents for adding banana foam, but our coffee order should not be $10. Besides my boyfriend didn't even ask for any of tht & she refused to explain herself so I had no choice but to swipe my card. I order from Dunkin all the time. A huge customer constantly getting app points been for years. Id really appreciate a refund or gift card. We also bought 2 bags of ground coffee (vanilla flavor not even an option). While having to convince her to give me a bag at least for the coffee (she offered a donut bag) we grab our straws.. & she's ranting to the other employee a young blk woman how she was ready to beat up another unhappy customer she had that day. Worcester dunkins can be so rude sometimes I once went to a different one by cumbys (the revenobated 1) this employee supposed name Ally ignored me at the front counter I was in a rush. When I noticed her taking customers at the pick up spot I ran over and she still proceeded to ignore me and tell other customers she was taking them 1st even after they refused & asked her to take my order since id been waiting patiently at the register for 15 mins at this point.. she refuses gave me attitude and took the other customers coming in the store before finally taking mine.It baffles me some people still keep their jobs even with reviews all saying bad attitude rude poor service. 2026 is different yall

    Terrible first experience… bought a double order of the black pepper croissant . And to come with cream cheese , long story short I didn’t get any and ask for some and she said I had to pay for it , which is fine , but she never gave it to me to even pay just going back and forth with her coworker about it got rung up or not . Wasting my time so I just left with a dry sandwich and only put 5 hash browns in both orders . Never again first impression is everything

    The workers ALWAYS have attitudes when they mess up (They mess up often). One time they put so much creme in my coffee I couldn't even taste the coffee. But when they actually LISTEN to your order they make it pretty good.
