  Not sure how this Dunkin has 4 stars. Not really sure what I drank this morning will never go back to this location again.

  This is my go to Dunkin… I usually only go here because every other Dunkin in Worcester can’t get my order right and these are the friendliest people… Not today or the other day… Recently I’ve seen this new guy come in and I don’t know his name, unfortunately I just know his race which he’s black and he’s bald and he wears glasses… He was at the Drive-through two days ago and had horrible customer service… Today I went to get an avocado toast with bacon… When I got my order, there was a hair in it so I went around the Drive-through and asked them to make me a new one they apologize and said no problem… When I got the avocado toast, there was now only a pinch of bacon on it. The one I got before, the whole toast was covered in bacon, but because I brought it back with a hair on it like a long piece of hair then you’re only gonna give me a new one with a pinch of bacon… So I got out of my car and I went into the store and I went to the cashier and no one helped me… The guy who was at the drive-through register pointed at me to another one of his coworkers as in to come help me… and I said hi can I get more bacon on this and she took it over to the black man with the glasses and he literally says “what now? What’s wrong now?” Like he was so annoyed…… And I said it out loud I said I don’t appreciate that because I come here all the time and I tip you all very well… Which I do, I don’t just give them a dollar or two I give them at least five or more because they usually have great customer service skills… For me to go in and ask for a little bit more bacon after I found a hair on my toast and to be said out loud what now or what is the issue now… That’s so rude and that customer service is unprofessional and it made me feel like I was the problem when in reality y’all were the problem by letting a hair go on my food… I work in the food industry. I am a sous chef… I know and I follow Serve safe… I understand mistakes happen, which is why I wasn’t mad about the hair and just asked for a new one… But to go inside the store and be called out like that was rude and made it feel like I was the problem… You need to fix his attitude

  I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts since they have opened up. The staff is wonderful, they always greet you with a smile and the food is always great and hot and fresh. Every time I go in there they always make me feel like family because they always have a smile on their face and they talk to you and they just make me smile and most times I'm cracking jokes with them. The manager is phenomenal I couldn't say nothing better about this Dunkin' Donuts it's the best Dunkin' Donuts in this part of Lincoln Street in Plantation.

  Just awful. I only order lattes from Dunkin, and every other Dunkin, I never have a problem. This Dunkin, for WHATEVER reason, refuses to give me a latte. Every, single, solitary time I order one, they give me a regular hot coffee, with ONE of the things that I order. I got a Toasted Almond and Vanilla Latte with whole milk and four sugar. What I GOT was an original hot coffee, with toasted almond, four sugar, and four regular milk. I'm very disappointed, and I think I'll be avoiding this location going forward.

  This is truly the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. The staff here are always kind and patient. When I order in the drive through, I am in and out of line in under 3 minutes no matter what. To top it all off, they’ve never gotten my order wrong! Highly recommend :)
