- DFDaija ForeroMar 29, 20261.0I usually love this place but I was here on Sunday and let me just say the place was chaotic I asked foo loaded hash-browns And when I got it there was no queso so I was like hey this doesn’t look right and the lady said we have no more so I politely asked for a refund was told No and then I asked for a bagel instead, five minutes later I see the same lady put queso on two people orders, I was baffled and I felt so disrespected and ignored, as well as my friend ordered a drink and it was completely wrong and they would not fix it, there was this one lady named Kiara she was amazing she got it all done while being busy thru the drive thru she was absolutely amazing and had great customer service. I hope that if I come back again I get better service.

I have to drive miles away just to have my order correctly made. I seroiusly don't go here unless im in a rush.

Instead of being helpful, the staff were dismissive and disrespectful, which completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do better.

Shes very quick and efficient. Whoever the manager is she does a great job keeping her workers in check very rare to find at a Dunkin.
