  Girlfriend and I tried the chicken bites and fry box and I had the Big Buford burger! 🍔 Happy to get something new for fast food! In my honest opinion this definitely beats Wendy’s Dave Burgers or Burger King Whoppers! My burger tasted like it had a nice melty cheese sauce, you could taste the mayo, the onion, and the tomato was juicy fresh and nothing was overpowering. I actually like that their bun burgers are more dense almost like the nature’s own buns cuz it holds the condiments and toppings better for a better bite! Only reason it’s not a 5 rating is because a lot of our fries were like shoestring size idk if maybe it was just depending on what was left or random grab who knows. I wanna try those Steak Empanadas and Mozzarella Sticks sometime! 🙂 4.75/5 ⭐️

  First off the order taker/window employee was amazing, so nice and polite! Food came out very quickly and was some of the best “Fast Food” I e had in a long time. Super fresh meat, bun and toppings, and the shakes were really good too.

  Here we go. Three trips in 6 weeks and while using the QR code on the app to earn points, I earned NOTHING. I called the location, but they don't pick up their phone. Ever. So, after the third trip in without earning points, I called customer service and asked what is going on. The rude woman said very matter-of-factly that the app is being redone....no one can use their app properly now...and all locations should know this. I said this location had no idea, obviously. It's been 6 weeks. She said just email the receipts and they will give me points. I said that was fine for today's visit, but what about the time I scanned in the past and didn't keep the receipts....isn't there a reasonable expectation that the points would show up? Her rudeness kicked in at this point. Anyway, I don't love the food enough to give business to anyone that doesn't honor their word. I hope they close soon so a more reputabale company can be supported.

  Burger was completely dry and gross. I eat at a Checkers in Goldsboro, NC and not the same and was in at 11:15 AM and wasn't busy on a Monday. I didn't eat bone in wings they were for someone else but they smelled better. Please explain from your Menu as a cashier could not what is the difference between a Burger and Hamburger on your board that's crazy. Also can't use debit card and no Gift Cards and after the burger I'm glad they didn't have a Gift Card to give someone.

  I ordered lunch for pickup for the first time at Checkers. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Bites, Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix, Cheesy Bacon Clucker (Crispy), and the Cheesy Bacon Clucker (Grilled). I was happy with my grilled chicken sandwich. They were generous with the bacon. There was a great deal of sodium - more than I had expected. My wife enjoyed her crispy chicken sandwich. The mozzarella sticks were okay for fast food mozzarella sticks - I would rate them 5 out of 10. The Philly Cheesesteak Bites were not what I expected in taste. They seemed filled with beans - it was weird. I would not order them again. I also would plan to eat the food while it was hot next time rather than things getting cool on my short ride home. I am sure this detracted from flavor all the way around with our selections. I did my pickup at 1PM. The staff was handling the customers placing orders in person, and there was other staff calling out for people with online orders to keep lines moving. I gave service 5 stars. Overall food I gave 4 but that is being generous. Again, it may have been a better taste experience if everything was still warm.
