    The Deli manager lady is very angry woman. Deli Manager Lady needs retraining. Deli Manager Lady is BAD FOR STOP & SHOP.

    I shop here at Elm Street all the time. Very good well-stocked meat fish and produce section staff is pretty friendly especially Ann add Barbara two senior employees who are always very helpful and know exactly where to find everything. Unfortunately for me and has retired and I miss her dearly but Barbara is still here Manning the customer service station and is always a welcome sight to my eyes. Stores very clean and always has pretty good sales. Not quite as affordable as Market Basket but much more easy access for me.

    Worse ever. 3 registers open only, 2 being a self check out with a long line in all three. Customer service not good. Very rude staff working, no good energy. Also vegetable selection was extremely low as there was no broccoli. I’ll stick with Mark a basket, it might be busier, but the staff is always nice in full of registers. Also a lot cheaper.

    Every week we shop here for food. I highly recommend this stop & shop. They have everything you need. Members can use their scanners which help out a lot and save you time. All you need to do is scan each item as you grab them then scan the barcode at checkout. You also save money the more you shop there.
