This time, the female cashier refused to honor my reward treat that I was entitled to. I’m not sure if she didn’t know how to redeem it or simply chose not to, but she claimed I wasn’t eligible — which was untrue. Shortly after, I asked a server for an extra bowl. He told me that I needed to pay for it, which confused me since I wasn’t asking for any food — just a bowl. When I tried to clarify, he said I “didn’t make myself clear enough.” It felt dismissive, and the interaction was uncomfortable. The language barrier might have played a part, but the lack of effort to understand me made things worse. From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I didn’t belong. I could sense tension from both the server and the female cashier, and it made the entire visit unpleasant. After spending quite a bit on both visits, I left feeling extremely disappointed. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. Also, I asked for the table to be cleaned and they were looking at me like I was strange yet another couple came in and didn’t even have to ask. They just went right over to the other table and cleaned it for them. Very disgusting.
