I said that I requested 2. She did not like it and took my card again. Once I stopped on the parking lot to check, no napkins. I had to go inside to pick it up. What is the point of the drive thru if the customer has to walk inside to pick up stuff.

We were going around and around and a woman who seems to manage the place came over. They said they do not know how to credit a credit card!! (She seemed angry at me) 😮 I left without Beverages or food. Just a credit card slip that was up to me to chase after getting a refund through my company. Apparently, they can’t communicate with each other because someone who appeared to be a manager manager or owner, followed me out to my car to have the same exact conversation. I told him they should learn how to do a credit card refund. He said he agreed, but my instinct says that they did nothing about it. 🤷♀️🙄 (Oh - the Angry woman Mgr(?) took my Coffee & food Away - to make Sure I Didn’t get Anything for ‘Free’)😡
