  IF you want some activities, friendly waitresses, maybe a drink and something basic to chew on perfectly for you. IF you want a dining experience with amazing food, and great environment this is not the spot. Starting with the HIGHLIGHT: Rayann, the waitress was very kind and attentive, made sure to tip her! Ending with the LOWS: The food was underwhelming, and came so quick I think it’s possibly premade, and warmed to order… the seating and silverware not that clean. Not sure why the hostess was no where to be found, and then the person who arrived at the host booth was extremely unwelcoming, never said “hello” and didn’t even acknowledge us standing at the front of the line of several people waiting for over 10 minutes to be seated. He literally came over stared at a tabled for a bit then looked up nodded, asked for my name, and waved us to some seating… The person who helped us get play cards was helpful. Spent $104 on food, $76 on play cards for the kids, and I will literally need to go eat somewhere else after the kids play 😭😂 maybe I’ll try another location?

  We have been hosting events at Dave & Buster’s for several years and keep coming back each and every time because of the amazing management, event staff, and venue space. They are so accommodating, go above and beyond for us without hesitation, and are equally invested in the success of our events and this partnership. We can’t say enough about how grateful we are for everything they do and we couldn’t imagine choosing anywhere else to be for all future events we schedule. Thanks so much!

  Came here for a business get together last night (3/6/26). The service was just.. not good. It took FOREVER to even get a server, and he was so impatient with us.. and I don’t know why. We had said that we’d like to have a few drinks and an appetizer, would go play a few games, and then have dinner, and asked if he’d be cool with it. One of the gals serving (black hair, I didn’t catch her name) kept coming to check on us because she had noticed huge lapses with the server ever stopping back by. She was phenomenal. At one point when we were getting another round of drinks, he had asked about food and said, “Have you even looked at the menu?”, which was just.. astounding. His tone was SO negative. The whole evening he’s just frowning at us, and the vibe shifted. It got to the point that we just opted to play games, pay for our drinks and FRIES because we felt like an inconvenience to him. I also think that the cost for play is just absolutely crazy. Over $60 and it was spent on a game card, and it was finished in maybe 15 minutes. Our prizes? Enough for a few pieces of candy.

  The wait staff was fine once we actually tracked someone down, but the hostess wasn’t up front when we arrived. The games were fun and definitely the highlight of the visit. The food, though, was disappointing. It was typical bar food, but not the good kind you hope for. Some of it was burnt, and the toppings like lettuce and tomatoes looked almost spoiled, the kind of produce you’d normally throw away at home. We came mainly for the games and expected basic bar food, but this was rough. We ended up considering grabbing fast food afterward.

  The drinks were the highlight of the visit. We ordered the specialty drinks and those were made well and tasted good. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Our meals came out cold. The chicken sandwich was dry, and the sweet potato fries were overcooked and also cold. When we mentioned the fries, we were told they didn’t have any more available to replace them. The salad was overdressed and had very large apple slices, almost like whole pieces, which made it difficult to enjoy. Overall, while the drinks were good, the food quality and temperature were not up to expectations.
