First I tried to pay with cash but was told they didn’t have enough cash to make change, even though there was a tip jar overflowing with singles. No signs on the door or anywhere that they weren’t accepting cash. Kid behind the counter was dismissive and uncaring. Went to get a coke and all the fountain drinks were flat. No napkins or utensils available and the trash barrels were overflowing with trash. Just piled on the floor and counter behind. It will be a long time, if ever, that I return to this location.
- SAStoil AndreevOct 14, 20251.0I've been going to the Woburn locaiton for well over 10 years at this point, however in the last few months or maybe a year their service has gone downhill. When I went there yesterday at 11.30am, shorty before the lunch rush, the front door was locked and I was sent away by staff that told me that they are only taking online orders and don't serve walk-ins, no signs, no warnings whatsoever. Then you have the previous few times where order takes a good 5min to get ready with no line as staff does something else rather than serving customers. Also often times the food items on the menu are gone and you can't order chicken, steak or fajitas, which I haven't seen happen at any other location, that on top of small portions of guac if you choose to order it, think like maybe quarter of a spoon barely touching the bowl. I would strongly suggest people avoid this location at all cost, waste of your time and money.
