  Just learned the term "slop bowl" and I immediately thought of how overpriced chipotle came. CEO says we can afford it apparently. I'll take my money elsewhere for more value. Take your business elsewhere

  Food is always good enough for a Chipotle however I do find it awkward that they have 1045a open time clearly stated on Google and on their front door yet really don't open on time. Today they didn't open until 11. Multiple customers waiting outside in the cold and one says they never open when it's posted. What a pain when you work with a limited lunch break at work...

  Burnt gross chips... almost $6 for gross burnt unsalted chips. I want a refund! Im not joking I want to puke with how gross these expensive chips were. Do better. Only got chips and queso but have to wait in the assembly line? That's not a smart tactic. Why do I have to wait in the assembly line to get chips and dip?? Rude way to treat someone. Also as soon as Alexis saw I was upset she started treating me antagonistically. ma'am ing me? Im pretty sure she chose the worst bag of chips for me. Probably not but after that interaction and how the chips taste it really feels intentional. Small READY TO GRAB things like chips and queso should not be forced to wait in the assembly line.....

  I never write reviews, but I had to today. I go into this chipotle a lot and Every time I walk in, there is a different experience. Either the man behind the counter is constantly rubbing and touching his hairy face before touching our food, or you get a serving size So small when they tell you, it’s going to be $15 you want to walk out of there without your food.

  This store needs better customer service especially from manager on duty on 2/17. He’s very dismissive and ignorant. You could not order in store it had to be through the app or online. Customers were not being acknowledged and were waiting around until other customers were informing them that it was online only. Not once did the manager let them know when he was behind the counter. I placed my order online and once my pick up time came around another customer said, “oh you’ll be waiting over an hour.” I tried requesting a refund on the app which it wouldn’t allow me and said to speak to the manager. When speaking to him he didn’t care and said, “What you want me to do figure it out on the app.” I finally was able to get a refund once I called customer service. Horrible experience at this location. Manager needs to be trained better on how to work under pressure, he clearly has 0 training on that.
