Sometimes their online ordering is down, sometimes they’re out of items, and sometimes they just mess up the ingredients or the veggies are not fresh. It also feels like they don’t have enough staff to properly run the place. The store manager was helpless, yet so kind and trying her best. Just go to the Qdoba in Woburn Mall. It is way better and efficient.
- CJC JMar 19, 20261.0It’s kinda understandable if it happens once and a while but almost every since time I go on lunch break this location is never opening on time which is supposed to be 10:45am and when you explain to the manager that a lot of people go on lunch she just looks at you like you’re the problem, and not only that but when standing outside waiting for them to open they are just casually nonchalantly moving with no sense of urgency. Sometimes they’ve went 40 minutes past open time.

You close at 10pm… how are the core ingredients gone three hours early? It’s frustrating because Chipotle is literally built around those staples. What’s the point of going if half the menu isn’t even available? Either prep better or adjust expectations, because this just feels like poor planning at this point. Really disappointing experience, especially when you go in expecting a full meal and end up with limited options.
