  Pains me to give this three stars while I was in the drive-through I literally said I was gonna give it five because the amazing customer service and politeness of the soft spoken lady working the drive-through when I pulled up to the window I’m gonna give her the benefit of the doubt let’s say she was no she had to review my entire order over with me. I wasn’t expecting to get my order wrong because I did go over with her at the window Per her request. I got a chicken biscuit with cheese and bacon on it and she said you don’t want egg on the sandwich right and I said Yep no egg chicken cheese and bacon. I unwrapped my sandwich. It’s just a biscuit with cheese and bacon. They forgot my entire chicken patty, but the customer service from the first lady was absolutely out of this world by far the best fast food customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 54 years of life.

  Always busy as is still the best despite the rise in rival chicken places in the area. Super efficient so don't let the line scare you.

  I’ve been coming here multiple times a week, and it has easily become my go to lunch spot! First, the food is just consistently great. The spicy chicken sandwich is honestly one of the juiciest I’ve ever had, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced, flavorful without being overly spicy or salty. After being impressed by that, I also tried both the fried chicken salad and the grilled chicken salad, and yogurt etc. and they were just as satisfying. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared! Second, the service really stands out! ❤️Every time I pick up my order, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Even during busy lunch hours, they remain patient and positive, never rushed or impatient, which I really appreciate. I also love the small details, like how utensils are neatly packaged instead of being placed directly on the food. It shows a level of care that you don’t always see. Overall, great food and consistently excellent service. Highly recommend！

  The older women working on 03/23/26 9:45 am is so rude!! She gets the order wrong constantly. She so rude on the mic that I can’t even enjoy my meal and want to throw it away. There use to be another very nice lady Maureen. I don’t know if they changed her shift, but the new lady is so awful.

  I must say I was so impressed with this place. It overall just looks like an amazing place to work for. I pulled up on a raining day and the workers outside had a funny looking plastic rectangle cap around them to protect them from the rain. I hate being wet so if I’d work here I’d be grateful for this. And then, as I ate my meal the manager on duty went to check up on a couple tables and stopped beside my table and sat with a returning customer. He knew customers name, his job title, and even mentioned customers awesome car. He was attentive to detail and charismatic. Before he left the table he offered to refill his drink. I almost asked him myself for a refill and extra piece of chicken nugget lol because I knew he’d say yes. He’ll probably never know because I was watching Netflix with AirPods on, but I was paying attention for only God knows why ahaha. This man needs a raise. I will be gladly coming back, such a nice environment and great food. It was a take out order but being 7 months pregnant with a big belly I decided to dine in, and it was worth it.
