After a year at home, the rose died, and I wanted to know if it was possibly a product issue and if returns were possible. I wasn’t demanding a return; I just wanted to understand the policy. However, the manager’s attitude made me very uncomfortable. Instead of addressing my general questions about their return process, he kept repeating that this particular rose couldn’t be returned because I had kept it in a pot. I repeatedly clarified that I was not fixated on returning this rose but wanted to understand their general return policies. The manager, however, kept emphasizing the same point without acknowledging my actual question. This was extremely disrespectful and made the whole experience unpleasant. As a customer, I just wanted to ask. This level of service left me very disappointed, and I believe other stores would offer far better service. I don’t give one star because their product generally are great product.
