  This is one of the worst dunks around if you don’t include the one in Ashburnham which is also awful and run by the same people 🙄 Ordered two items through the app. When I get to the drive thru to pick it up I was informed they don’t carry that item anymore. Why not take it off the menu then ? She wouldn’t give me a refund and had a shitty attitude about it. Can’t request a refund on the app because that function has said down for maintenance when I try multiple times for this order. This location is a joke anyways, never gets your order right or ready when you get there. Would have switched to a different location already but it’s the only one I go by in the morning .

  I can honestly say this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts that I visit. I go to so many stores and I don't have half the issues I have at this particular location and it seems like they go through employees like I have never seen. I can't even imagine how much revenue that this Dunkin' Donuts has made off of people selling them stuff off of their mobile app that they do not have in stock and then refusing to refund your money! We have FAR surpassed $20 at this point Sense at least once a week they cannot provide the item that you ordered. Their inventory is never updated and they will never refund your money.

  Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, never had an order that wasn’t messed up. I had a coffee that tasted like what I ordered. The only convenience of this location is that it’s the only one around besides that I would not recommend.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. Placed an order on the app, get there a couple mins after 8p, drive thru is lit up, no one comes on the speaker, we pull around after a few mins to the window where two people are cleaning up. An older plain clothed man, looked like an owner, bellows through the closed window, "CLOSED!!!". I point to the sign on the window and say "It says 9" to which he bellows even louder, "WE'RE CLOSED!!" I mean he was hollering, I couldn't believe it, you can't open the window and talk to me like an adult? We pull around to the gas station and go in where he continues to be a jerk, he and his employees refuse to refund us, and fight with us about the fact the sign, the app, and Google all say they're open till 9. The guy was in his 60s in street clothes, looked like an owner, has a terrible temper. There was a car behind us too, you gonna blow up at everyone that shows up? Because it says you close at 9.
