- SSStephanieDec 31, 20251.0This is one of the worst dunks around if you don’t include the one in Ashburnham which is also awful and run by the same people 🙄 Ordered two items through the app. When I get to the drive thru to pick it up I was informed they don’t carry that item anymore. Why not take it off the menu then ? She wouldn’t give me a refund and had a shitty attitude about it. Can’t request a refund on the app because that function has said down for maintenance when I try multiple times for this order. This location is a joke anyways, never gets your order right or ready when you get there. Would have switched to a different location already but it’s the only one I go by in the morning .

I go to so many stores and I don't have half the issues I have at this particular location and it seems like they go through employees like I have never seen. I can't even imagine how much revenue that this Dunkin' Donuts has made off of people selling them stuff off of their mobile app that they do not have in stock and then refusing to refund your money! We have FAR surpassed $20 at this point Sense at least once a week they cannot provide the item that you ordered. Their inventory is never updated and they will never refund your money.
