    Placed an order via the app, it was cancelled with no reason given, when I called to inquire about a refund they picked up and then hung up on me as soon as I started to explain the situation.

    04/07/2026 (The employee who provided this experience had a skinny/slim build and was working with a heavier employee at the time who was at the register.) My experience at Subway was not just disappointing it was genuinely disturbing and unacceptable on every level. What should have been a simple, routine question about whether my sandwich should be toasted due to the contents inside of it turned into a shocking display of hostility and disrespect. From the moment I asked a basic question, I was met with rudeness and an aggressive attitude. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the staff escalated it. I was told I could order a new sandwich, yet they flatly refused to remake the one I had already been given an illogical and frustrating response that made no sense. What truly crossed the line, however, was the way I was treated personally. I was spoken to in a degrading and humiliating manner, including being told to “open my mouth” while they mocked me in an ugly and demeaning way. The tone and behavior were not just rude they felt threatening. No customer should ever feel intimidated or belittled over something so minor. This was not a misunderstanding this was a complete failure of basic human decency and customer service. Behavior like this reflects extremely poorly on the establishment and cannot be ignored. I expect accountability. Incidents like this should be taken seriously, and the individual responsible must be addressed so no one else is subjected to this kind of treatment. Paying customers are not a priority within establishment. DO NOT EAT HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

    I came in today 4/2/2026 at about 5:45pm to order. The guy who was working was extremely RUDE. He got mad I was standing in the wrong spot and wouldn't take my order unless I moved. So I decided not to spend my money here. I asked him name and he laughed amd said I domt know my name!!! Nice service subway shamefully you allow your employees to treat customers this way I will NEVER EVER return. You lost my business
