  I used to go to this place at least once a week. The food wasn’t bad and the price was right. I started going again, as it’s close to my job, but I feel the quality of the food and the service have taken a nosedive. Two weeks ago, I ordered the three-piece chicken tender meal. The food was fine, but when I opened the dipping sauce a rancid smell came out of the container. I checked the bottom for an expiration date, and the sauce had expired 11 months prior, in January 2025. I was already in the office, so I just threw the sauce away and used ketchup instead. Customer service is another issue. The woman who works there is always on the phone and doesn't give you the courtesy of paying attention to you. She can get very loud, too. One time I came in and out of nowhere she started screaming at the top of her lungs. It scared the living daylights out of me. I noticed that she had earbuds on, so she was having an argument with someone over the phone. On a separate occasion, she was laughing hysterically while I was trying to order food. Once again, she had earbuds on. Many times, she is the only one there, trying to serve food and also work the register. And today, the food was way spicier than usual. I think I’ll take a break from this establishment.

  They almost always try to upsell you to a higher price until you argue the menu pricing. Good luck if you don't catch it. More than a few times, the food is cold and undercooked. The previous management was far better. Never mind the fact the lady serving you and/or ripping you off is always on the phone in her ear buds. Will no longer visit there unless I have to and purchase a drink from the cooler.

  I was there two days ago. Just like the other 1 star reviews, lady is rude, and Terrible customer service. Do not go there

  Place is the BIGGEST ripoff with the new owners. Ordered just a two piece, chicken and biscuit. Get to the register, and she overcharges me and says I had a box. NO, I have 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit, as I stated to you. She proceeds to tell me that I should get the fries or a second biscuit, neither of which I wanted, she corrects, still has the wrong price and I leave saying never again. Since they took over, the chicken is overcooked, and it is a barrage of overcharging. Never had the problem when the former employee ran the chicken station!! Place is gone to crap!

  I've been going to this store for drinks, snacks, lottery ect. for the past 5 years as it is near my place of employment. I would grab some chicken on occasion. BUT since a new owner took over and got rid of probably the most loyal employee I've ever seen it's gone to crap. The woman who I'm assuming owns it has the worst customer service I've ever seen. She can't get off the phone, acts like your bothering her, and is probably the most rude person I've come across. This was the last time I'm ever going into this store.
