WHAT!! You aren't doing me a favor. I did pay for it! I declined and drove away. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My mom said she wanted an Avocado toast with no bacon please at the speaker, and the kind man talking to her said “okay maam” and then this lady jumped to the speaker and screamed in my moms face “NEXT TIME YOU DONT SAY NO BACON YOU JUST SAY YOU WANT AN AVOCADO TOAST” In an extremely rude aggressive LOUD tone. My mom went in to try and speak to a manager and they were laughing and mocking her in her face. Don’t recommend this Dunkin and they need to hire new employees.
