- JKJohn KoleFeb 14, 20261.0Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Ordered bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Got a charred sandwich with no cheese. Asked for one with cheese and got the same sandwich back with a cold slice of cheese on it. When I politely asked for a hot melted sandwich the guy argues with me that this is how they always do it. Honestly either pay people enough so you can get staff that has some idea what they’re doing and how to treat customers or shut the place down. Not the first bad experience we’ve had here. It’s an embarrassment to the brand.

I’ve already gone in there once and asked for a hot sandwich. Now I don’t wanna go back in there and ask for another hot sandwich because I don’t wanna be a bother. I’m sitting here outside of the establishment, eating a cold bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant right now and I’m pretty upset.

The hashbrowns were pretty good, though. We would have brought them back and complained, but we were already home when we discovered it. Not worth the time and gas to go back.
