  ⭐ 1 Star Poor service and order accuracy Stopped in before work with my crew to grab a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The espresso machine was down, which wasn’t a big issue I ordered something else. However, I specifically ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and was given what was essentially a grilled cheese (just bread and melted cheese, no egg or meat). When I went back to address it, I waited around 20 minutes before anyone helped me. When I explained the issue, instead of correcting it, the employee responded with attitude and told me that’s how it comes and that I needed to add other items separately. That was never explained when ordering. Between the incorrect order, long wait time, and lack of customer service, this was a frustrating experience especially when you’re on a work schedule. I hope management addresses both staff training and order accuracy.

  4/15/26 Ordered a couple dozen for my kids school party ahead of time using the app and arrived to find the store never opened. People unknowingly waiting in the drive thru, walk ups finding the door locked, could see all the delivered donuts in the vestibule. Thankfully, the North Adams location wasn't too far away, they were wicked busy but took care of me quickly! Not sure what the deal is in Williamstown, but they almost ruined the day!

  That staff can't handl3 the slightest issue without straight fighting with people - almost take it outside fughting. Manager doesnt care. Aside from that unprofessional nonsense, the wait times are very long. The quality is in who you hire all around

  So the workers here they have good attitudes and they try their best to make sure everyone is fed but the problem is I was over charged because there were customers taking my food and beverages and walking off they need to clearly stop over charging people and they need to call the numbers of the orders and I recently today saw a customer going to the workers counter and the yelled at the top of their lungs you messed up my order what kind of service you running here etc these workers need to pay attention and actually do their jobs that’s what happened to another customer so let’s hope they get their stuff together I don’t wanna see this get sued for the wrong orders again so that’s why my service rate is one star cuz they need to pay better attention and I know they have beautiful faces here but service please fix cuz I know that people will actually sue company’s
