Very poor management , employees look confused and no order in there process . Looks like Starbucks got a new customer.

Truly the slowest Dunkin I ever been to. Since it’s the only around me I tried giving many chances , but it’s at least 20min, sometimes longer on drive thru. Even with no car in front of me , me placing an order ahead of time it took them 11min!!! Nobody else in front of me . I told them on the speaker I had a mobile order , they said pull up to the window. I get to the window and I seat there for at least 8min and he gives me a total? What!?? There is not even someone in front or behind me . I just give up . They need to get it together, so many people complaining about the same thing !!
