Its being staffed by completely incompetent people that just dont care about what their doing. It seems like they put their worst English speakers on the drive through headset. Two days ago I ordered a breakfast sandwich. I watched them drop the cooking tray on the ground and pick everything up and stick it in the oven like they were going to serve it to me anyways. Corporate doesnt care when you complain. Unfortunate. I used to go to this place 2 or 3 times a day but it's just not worth it anymore. Hasn't been for a while.
