I order from this location quite often. Never really had any major problems with any of my orders. There was maybe once or twice where I had to wait longer than the expected time frame given when ordered online. They seemed to get all of my pizzas correct every time. My Xtra lg cheese pizzas tonight was really done well. Thank you.

I ordered 4 pizza for delivery on sunday 3/22. 1st of all when I called I got a call center. I gave the girl my order but before we finished the call we were disconnected. I called back and had to wait on hold “ again” for over 5 minutes. I told the girl I haven’t finished my order and we had gotten disconnected. She said oh we will have to start again. Are you kidding me??? So I tried again the she told me it was a call center . I said no I want to speak to the Whitinsville store. She gave me the number and I called them. I ordered 3 pizzas and the 4 was a small pizza light sauce and sliced fresh tomatoes on top. It was delivered within a reasonable time but not in the 30 that they had quoted me. The driver was very nice and polite. Upon opening the fresh tomato pizza it was the most disappointing thing. Chunks of stewed tomatoes, not fresh sliced as i had asked for. 15 dollars for a crappy pizza with one canned tomato chunk on each slice! So gross I threw it out!!! One pizza was sausage with extra cheese. Two little chunks of sausage on each slice and not extra cheese!!!! I will never ever order from you again! 1st and definitely the last time for me and my 3 friends….. You really need to get your act together!

I guess I wanted to come back to edit this and give a better version of my thoughts. This building is NOT handicap accessible. If you require a wheelchair you cannot enter this building. You would need to order through calling, and request that they bring the order to you outside in a car- but not sure how payment works in that regard, probably a tablet they bring out id guess. If you require a cane or other mobility device, you will need to be able to go up about three stone steps outside the building. If you have difficulty standing for more than 30 minutes, you should not come to this establishment. It has no seating. There is a table, but it's too high, and there is only one free standing in the small space in front of the counters. While they could fit some chairs or a bench, I believe they rely on a sort of like foot high shelf that comes out from the wall but personally I wouldn't sit there as it's always covered in dirt and mud from people's boots. It's filthy. The above mentioned table is clearly not used for customers to eat or sit at and actually just sort of makes the space so cramped I don't understand what purpose it serves except to perhaps behave as a deterrent from having any group of more than two people inside at a time. They will actively ignore people waiting in this room for 10 plus minutes sometimes and it makes it hard to know who is in line and who is waiting to pickup take out, who is delivery, etc. I've just left before cause I couldn't tell. Any system is better than no system. I will admit my food is usually ready right away, but there have been times when my app order says it's being prepared and I would later find out it's just been getting cold on counter. I've paid for icing to go with my cinnamon bread and not got it.. just kinda missing some marks.

Waited two hours for our food, it never showed. Called wondering what was up, they couldn’t tell us, and they wouldn’t even discount our order. Stay away.
