  i had an absolutely terrible experience at this Stop & Shop location today. I recently broke my ankle and just got out of my cast, so I was using a shopping cart for mobility support while my brother pushed me around the store since I still can't walk properly. An older male employee approached us and told me I wasn't allowed to sit in the cart and needed to use a motorized scooter instead. Fine, I switched to the disability cart to accommodate his request. Then the same employee came up to my brother, who was also injured in the same car accident I was in, and told him he couldn't use a disability cart either. He then proceeded to kick us out of the store entirely. We are both legitimately injured and trying to shop for groceries. Instead of showing any compassion or understanding, this employee harassed us and made us feel unwelcome for needing mobility assistance. If you're going to have accessibility options in your store, maybe don't have employees who discriminate against people who actually need them. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning to this location. here’s my surgery scar. don’t tell people they can’t use an alternative way of shopping, it was already embarrassing but for you to yell across the store kicking us out is beyond me

  CURBSIDE IS AWFUL! I've never seen such disorganization. I never get what I order and I get random stuff..... So unprofessional! Don't even bother. I purposely drive 15 minutes away to go to stop& shop in Norwell because they actually know what they're doing.... t

  Beware, produce always very old, broccoli and grapes have has mold on them. Dough has been spoiled with black specks, which I learned was mold. I'd definitely go to another location, where they have a much better selection. Braintree is excellent.
