Fratelli’s Pastry Shop is a family-owned bakery founded by brothers John Milone and Pino Santarpia. Separated by an ocean for over 20 years, they reunited in 2000 and opened Fratelli’s in Quincy in 2005. With just the two of them and one decorator, they worked 15+ hour days to bring their dream to life. Known for fresh pastries, cannoli, tiramisu, breads, and wedding cakes, Fratelli’s quickly became a local favorite. Though Pino was later diagnosed with MS and is no longer active in the business, the legacy continues with John and his daughters running day-to-day operations. Fratelli’s is proud to serve the South Shore with love, passion, and tradition.
