Customers basically had to stand there in protest, until the poor older lady that was dealing with the nonfunctional self-serve malfunctions finally gave in and opened a register. She was running the whole front solo. Most of the guys stocking shelves were rude, trying to physically manipulate the shoppers from their areas, with one almost running a lady over with his pallet jack - he saw her coming, but he gave her a scare on purpose. Clearly this place is pushing their employees to the limits, and it's getting to them. I know from experience that running a place like that will adversely affect sanitation, quality, ect, so I'm done with it.
