    If you can’t staff accordingly and can’t fulfill the orders, don’t offer the services. Put in a mobile app pick up order, went in 10 minutes later. Walked out 1 hour and 11 minutes after ordering with the incorrect order which they refused to fix even with a receipt. I was ignored by staff and mocked by other guests. Absolutely trash hospitality by multiple staff members and they refused to fix the order that they ended up giving me which was not my order! Good job guys, keep up the fantastic work!.. oh and the app does not allow cancellations or refunds!

    So, the woman here (today- this morning at 10am) didn’t even BOTHER TO LOOK AT ME OR MY ORDER and said to me- WITH NO EYE CONTACT, that “it’s coming” what is coming??!! Please tell me? Other than your rudeness & unprofessionalism….. What should be coming is an apology.

    I asked for my fries to be fresh and hot 🔥. I received lukewarm fries that looked like they been sitting around. I wasn't going to complain and eat it . I sat there almost crying so I decided to go get a fresh patch of fries . I could tell they didnt want to wait on me . I wanted to get a gift card on the way out so I could it it to someone who looked like they needed a treat. She wanted to do the order but couldn't than ask the manager to help . She came over and said I had to wait because she needs to use the bathroom. I walked out upset without the card . To do this right please do an act of kindness in your behalf in your restaurant.

    If I could give no stars, I would. We stopped in to use the bathroom on the way to Boston and saw this super cool indoor playground. We read all the posted rules, and took my son in to play and stretch his legs while my mother-in-law ordered coffee. As soon as we climbed onto the equipment after taking off our shoes, a female staff member came in and yelled at us in another language. After a couple of minutes of apologizing—without knowing what we were apologizing for, since we had read the rules—she finally spoke in English to say the playground was closed until 10. She then switched back to the other language and stormed off to get the manager. It was 9:45—only 15 minutes early—for equipment that had no hours posted. When the manager arrived, she stood by as my husband collected our confused and frightened son, who was understandably upset after being confronted in such a manner. It wasn’t until after my husband had put his shoes and our son’s shoes back on that the manager informed us it was actually fine and he could go back to play. At that point, we were all upset, and my mother-in-law was still waiting in line for a plain black coffee. Somehow, a full kitchen staff couldn’t make a cup of coffee in the time it took for us to be reprimanded.
